The 12 Monthly 90 minutes Zoom calls are initially limited to 10 to 12 firms in different regions of the country. Exceptions can be made only if an existing member firm preapproves another firm in the same region that wants to join the sessions.

Most importantly, he has created a nice framework for those interested in building a mid-market sustainable brand while maintaining (or even improving) the essential culture of their firm.
